Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains what data Kleaver (operated by DDC Ltd, "we", "us") collects through kleaver.ie, why we collect it, and how it's protected. We build GDPR-aware websites for Irish businesses, and we hold ourselves to the same standard here.
What we collect
- Enquiry form submissions — name, email, and whatever you tell us about your business, sent via Basin so we can reply.
- Anonymous analytics — page views counted by GoatCounter, a cookieless analytics tool. No individual visitor is tracked, and no cookies are set for this.
We don't use advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or cookies for analytics.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries about Kleaver's services.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, so we can improve the site.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Anonymous analytics data isn't personal data and doesn't require a legal basis under GDPR.
Who we share it with
Enquiry submissions pass through Basin (form processing) and, where you've asked for a follow-up, OnePageCRM (contact management). Both act as processors under GDPR and don't use your data for their own purposes. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and, if it leads to a client relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by Irish tax law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it's processed. Get in touch via the enquiry form on our Get started section and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. Some client demo pages linked from this site embed third-party schedulers or maps behind an explicit consent gate — nothing loads until you opt in on that specific page.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially.
